Services & Bookings
1.1 Eligibility

Our pet care services are available to individuals 18 years or older who own or have legal responsibility for the pet(s) in our care.

1.2 Booking & Payment

All services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Holiday rates apply during peak seasons and will be disclosed prior to booking.

1.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before the service start time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service start time may incur a partial charge.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Pet Owner Responsibilities
2.1 Health & Safety

Pets must be in good health, up to date on vaccinations, and free from contagious illnesses.

Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs before booking.

Wise Choice Pet Services reserves the right to refuse services for pets deemed aggressive or unsafe.

2.2 Emergency Care

In case of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately.

If necessary, we will seek veterinary care for your pet, and the owner is responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
Liability & Disclaimer
3.1 Owner Liability

Pet owners are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pet to our staff, other pets, or property.

3.2 Wise Choice Pet Services Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, we are not liable for unforeseen accidents, illnesses, or incidents beyond our control.

We do not accept liability for lost or misplaced pet items, including collars, leashes, or toys.
Conduct & Prohibited Activities
4.1 Pet Behavior

Owners must ensure their pet is non-aggressive and does not pose a danger to staff or other animals. If a pet displays aggressive behavior, we may discontinue services immediately.

4.2 Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

A pet is deemed unsafe or unmanageable.

The owner provides false or incomplete information.

Payment is not received as agreed upon.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described.
Changes to Terms
Wise Choice Pet Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
